How your contributions are used:
The Everett Fourth of July Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit that organizes the annual Everett Fourth of July parade. The foundation is a DBA for the parade, and all expenses are covered entirely by funds raised through tax-deductible contributions from businesses and community members.
The donated funds play a significant role in our operations. Firstly, they contribute largely towards the smooth functioning and organization of the parade itself. This includes all the logistic needs, like arranging security measures, ensuring safe crowd movement, taking care of essential amenities and beautification of the space for maximum visual appeal.
Additionally, these funds are also employed to extend our hospitality services of comfort and convenience to three main constituents - spectators, participants, and volunteers. For the spectators who turn out in huge numbers every year to witness this grand event, we aim to provide a comfortable viewing experience which includes seating arrangements, food courts, safety provisions and more.
For our cherished participants who grace the parade with their talent and creativity, these donations help us arrange for necessities such as dressing rooms, refreshments and emergency medical support. Similarly, for our invaluable volunteers who work relentlessly behind the scenes for weeks leading up to the parade day itself, we take pride in creating wholesome experiences that include not just training sessions.

We are a lively volunteer organization, buzzing with enthusiastic individuals from an array of diverse backgrounds! These dedicated volunteers donate their precious time throughout the year and on the famed 4th of July to bring you incredible parade that pull crowds to Everett each year. We're responsible for all these fantastic happenings you eagerly attend annually! However, this is no easy feat! We need your support too. Even when fireworks of the 4th of July have danced in the sky and faded, your assistance can make a difference. There's an abundance of ways you can contribute after our vibrant festivities have closed out!
